  • The idea of the Otherworld was realized in Maeshowe in a completely different way. Here the tomb was modeled on the geometry of the constellation Boötes on May 1st.The souls should now live on in the body of Boötes, similiar to the pharaohs who lived in the body of Osiris, Orion.
