The next morning, we woke up bright and early (perhaps too early?) to try to see the rest of the sights in the Norangsdalen valley before catching our ferry from Hellesylt to Geiranger.
As it turns out, our eagerness the day before meant that we’d actually covered pretty much the entire valley and had driven just short of arriving at Hellesylt so our drive to catch the ferry was fairly short indeed! (We’d also added a lot of extra time to factor the need to stop for photos so yes, we were very early).
Still, arriving early to places in Norway is an excuse to go for a stroll and appreciate the beauty that’s everywhere here so no complaints from me. 🙂 I love it here!
Eventually, we boarded our ferry and headed off to Geiranger.
